The kitchen, with an open style and fully equipped, is connected to the dining room where there is a table for 8 people with whom to share delicious dinners. This space connects to the terrace, which gives the dwelling a bright and very cozy atmosphere.



The housing is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, located next to the pool terrace. There is also an additional full bathroom on this floor, located near the exit to the outside, facilitating use for those who enjoy the pool and terrace.



On the second floor you will find two other bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as access to a small private terrace. The second bedroom also has a double bed, being perfect for couples or friends. This layout, designed for privacy and comfort, makes this house an ideal option for families or groups of friends looking for a spacious and functional space. All rooms and the kitchen-dining room are equipped with air conditioning.
