Peaceful and cozy home in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains with partial views of Lake Hiawassee. Enjoy time together with an open family room/kitchen/dining floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows and a stone fireplace. This comfy home has 8 beds, 2 sleeper sofas, and sleeps up to 12 people: 2 king beds, 4 twins, 1 full/twin bunk bed, and 2 sleeper sofas.
Enjoy being outdoors on the wrap-around porch or the screened-in porch, and cook up your favorite dinner on the outdoor grill.
This home is located in a private gated community with a staffed 24-hour guard station. The private community features an outdoor pool, fishing pond, tennis courts, basketball courts, a volleyball net, an adorable playground, and a clubhouse.

Renter to strip beds and leave bedding on top of beds that were used.
Load dishwasher and start up on morning you leave. Dont unload. Also toss towels in washing machine and start up. Do not unload and dry.
