All trash should be bagged, Garbage company will come every Wednesday to empty thew big black bin.
During the summer months, lawn company will be at the property twice a month to cut the grass.
We have cameras monitoring the outside of the house.

Gio is an OUTSTANDING Host! Very quick and pleasant responses to any questions we had. Very clean house with all of the basic essentials. Had a great time with friends around the firepit while enjoying the river view. Would not hesitate to reserve again and would definitely recommend this property to anyone. 5 stars!
