A beautiful hotel with the most amazing sunsets. Lovely breakfast and stunning pool area. Very attentive staff. Walking distance to dining, shops & transport. Highly recommend.

The most impressive thing about this beautiful hotel is the incredible views and the amazing care of all staff members !!! They took care of us in every way possible and made our stay very comfortable and pleasant !! Having breakfast with views of the sourounding caldera was immensely enjoyable and unforgettable !!! We can’t thank enough all the staff for their care and hospitality but most of all their KINDNESS !!! Thank you Nefeli hotel and thank you Golden Star Hotel for making our stay on this incredible island so special and wonderful most of all UNFORGETTABLE !!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts !!!

Our stay at Makris was Perfect Location we where a minute away from the bus stand that took us to Thira and Oia There was a great bakery across the road that sold amazing Greek pastry the coffee on the corner of that was excellent The restaurants on the sea side where all good we ate far too much :)) The staff at Makris where so helpful honest and kind Love Merianne xxxooo Thank you so much for making my dreams come true It was absolutely perfect will come back one day
