There are many restaurants close by, all within walking distance or 5 minute drive. The Patricia Grand Resort is a pet friendly hotel. Our condo has a two pet limit. There is a $125 pet fee for each furry friend, the resort weight limit is 20 pounds. You will need to bring your own pool and beach towels.
As we all know , VRBO rentals (private owners/vacation rental companies) do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange.
A nice welcome package is provided for each guest which Includes:
- Linens, towels, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, one 8 cup coffee package with filter, 1 bag of Kirkland Popcorn, 1 box of tissues, 1 bar of soap, 1 snack bar, 1 extra trash bag, shampoo.
- These items will not be replenished after they have been used.
House Rules:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with fee (maximum 2 allowed)
- Cleaning service is only provided at the end of your stay
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Only responsible adults need to reserve our unit

I didn't realize it is the top floor. Room 1926 is nice. Here's the complaints: The family next door was very loud through the walls and there's some machinery nearby, maybe on the roof?, that started and stopped with loud motor noise constantly. The left balcony opens to all the neighbor's balconies so no privacy but the one on the right is private. The balcony furniture is terrible! Oversized and not easy to navigate and use at all. The mattress is very dated and lumpity bumpity even though I did sleep very well! The exhaust fan in the toilet is so dirty you can barely see the fins on the cover. It takes a good while for the hot water to reach the 19th floor but once it does the shower is acceptable. We had to sweep the floors before relaxing as they were full of grit and there's no good rug to clean your feet at entry. The accommodation is over priced for the experience. I'd stay here again but only at a discounted rate.

Neither balconies would fit more than 1 person comfortably. If two chairs, one had to stand and move chair to get into room. 1 balcony looked directly at other rooms. Floors and sofa were dirty. Waited 20 minutes for elevators. Somewhat disappointed.

This penthouse condo was great! The views were amazing, it felt like we were on a cruise when we would look out the door. The space was enough for my husband, dog and myself. We will definitely be back and hopefully in the same condo!

Perfect condo for a nice little retreat from home. The room was very clean and so was the condo lobby. They have a Starbucks in the lobby which was a major plus. There was a wide variety of pools/hot tubs some being inside and outside. Perfect view of the beach from both balconies and very private as well. Owners were very friendly and had very in detail check in instructions given plenty of time in advance. Was a great stay and we had no complaints!

My husband and i needed a quick getaway and this was a perfect spot. We were able to relax and enjoy some late summer sunshine. We loved that our pups were able to join us. My only small complaint about this unit is that the mattress cover was to small and kept popping off during the night. Other than that, it was perfect.

Great stay minus few minor inconveniences

I did not read or pay attention about a washer/ dryer in unit. There is not one and that’s a big thing for me. Laundry is available on several floors but very inconvenient. Also, bring own trash bags and TP because you only get one. Other than that the place was great. CLean. Beautiful view and we liked the right side of balcony bs left because it was more private. Beds comfy. Overall great vacation stay. Just wish there was a washer and dryer.
