The unit was very spacious and the view was refreshing. The beach was very accessible. The check-in process was seamless as was the check-out process. The hall bath area could use some attention, as it was apparent that fixture work was done behind the toilet but the wall space had not been properly repaired. Another area of improvement is communication after check-in. I had to contact the property multiple times. The first was because the "welcome" information that included the parking passes was not left in the unit as identified in the email welcome. Our party had to utilize old parking passes that we crossed out old information and updated with ours. The second contact initiated was because the key to the trash area was not left in the unit as also stated in the welcome email. The agent told us someone would be bringing the key up and a member of our group did not attend an outing waiting on a key that never arrived. This was very unprofessional. If we wanted to attend an owner's meeting, we couldn't because the information left in our unit was for a meeting a few weeks prior. All in all, also taking into account our stay was during the holiday, the visit was satisfactory. However, if you are looking for 4-5 star service, it is advisable to search for a different location.
