We had to adjoining rooms. They were very nice and very clean. The staff was attentive to our needs. Our first rooms were on the 18th floor and had a great beach view. However, due to some problems with the first room, we were moved to the ninth floor. where the view was not nearly as good. Overall, I have no complaints. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We got a nice room with partial view of the beach from our room’s balcony. Room was spacious. It has one bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. It has kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer. It came with plates, glass, utensils, cooking stuff, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent. Free coffe at the lobby. It has a pool but not quite heated so we used the hot tub instead. You can use the lazy river across the street at Carolinian. It was the smallest lazy river I have ever seen. Hotel is walking distance to the beach as well as restaurants. I think it was a 20-25 mins walk to the Boardwalk. The only drawback is the connecting room with the same entrance. It’s good if you are traveling with another family but not if you are a single family. You use your key to enter the 1st door. Then you see doors to 2 adjacent rooms. It would also have been better if free breakfast was provided. Overall, it was a nice hotel to stay at.

Ms Hightower was very helpful and friendly and took care of buisness. I like that the rooms were connected and we could cook and wash our clothes if we wanted and also be able to look out and see the ocean.
