Nice Condo, would be perfect with a couple of improvements

We loved the location the most. The condo is very nice but we were disappointed in the cleaning. When we arrived there were Cheetos in the floor, hardened crumbs on the kitchen counter, a toothpick in the floor, what looked like a glob of Vaseline wiped on the dresser, someone’s old shoes and socks in the dryer and dust on the furniture. The cleaning service fee is expensive and I would expect it to be cleaned more thoroughly. I ended up cleaning the place myself when we arrived. We liked the layout of the condo except one bathroom is TINY and it’s hard to even move in there. Also when we came back from dinner each night, there were bats flying around inside the hallways of the building. This is not the fault of the owner but wasn’t ideal to be out running bats flying at our heads. All in all the place is great but just needs a better cleaning service especially for the charge.

Clean and cozy with nice ocean view.

Property was perfect for our stay for a baseball tournament. Close proximity to everything. Property was clean and area was quiet with nice walking paths and beach access. Only issues were hard to open from the inside bathroom barn door and small sink in master bath and main bathroom toilet did not flush well, but these are minor issues. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with amenities. Ocean view from balcony was great, there was no screen door to balcony though. Would definitely stay again.
