This spacious 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home is designed to accommodate large families or groups, offering a perfect blend of comfort, style, and beachside convenience.

The master bedroom is a tranquil oasis with a luxurious king bed and private ensuite bathroom, ideal for relaxing after a day of sun and surf. The second bedroom also features a king bed, providing a cozy and inviting space. In the third bedroom, you'll find a comfortable queen bed for restful nights. The fourth bedroom is perfect for additional guests or family, with two double beds offering flexibility and comfort. For the kids or young at heart, the fifth bedroom features a fun bunk bed setup, with three twin beds and a twin trundle bed, making it the ultimate spot for sleepovers or sharing time with friends.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease, while the open living and dining area offers plenty of space for everyone to gather. This property was great for our family. We live near this property and needed a large gathering place and this was a perfect place. Two of the individuals were in wheelchairs and the lift was required for our stay. I would recommend it highly. The upper balcony furniture does need to be updated or at least made sturdier.

Five bedrooms with plenty of beds. Also five baths…so plenty of space for group. Since home is three stories, the elevator comes in very handy! Great location across the street from the ocean.Kitchen has plenty of cookware, dinnerware etc Outside porches are wonderful to just relax on

Everything was great. From the dishes in the kitchen to the amount of towels available to use...1st class. We had 4 couples and each had their own bedroom and bathroom. We didn't even step into the room with bunkbeds. We walked to River a city Cafe for lunch and drove to many nice restaurants for dinner. It was a block from the beach. Nice having laundry available and the elevator for getting the luggage upstairs. There's one spot in the garage to park in and the other 3 couples were able to park on 74th street all week, directly in front of the condo. Of course, March 8-14 was early in the season for traffic.Definitely would return!
