Front desk staff were AMAZING right off the bat, started our stay off with kind knowledgeable staff. We had a credit card issue and they worked with us even offered to talk to the bank customer service on our behalf. Rooms were excellent, pools were all clean, super convenient and fun, the beach is right behind the property just a few feet away. The shopping centers, boardwalk, and amusement parks are all just a few minutes away too. We will definitely make this our yearly family vacation spot. Thanks to everyone who we interacted with! See you next year!

the people next to me woke up to them swearing and screaming multiple times, woke up to a vacuum from cleaning services in room next to me, sink wouldn’t drain/would start making gurgling noise at random times, toliet would randomly flush when i haven’t even used it and just make random noises. not the best time but still was manageable

Property is well maintained with plenty of parking. Resort has indoor and outdoor waterparks, sauna, arcade with bowling. There were restaurants on premises. Costs of breakfast was a bit pricey. Ice cream parlor, and starbucks conveniently on premises. Excellent overall stay.

Resort just about closed because of off season. I was yelled at for bring my left over sandwich in the bowling ally. I didn’t like how I was approached. I asked for refund and left. They lost sales in beverages and return visit. I won’t return to this location

Just like a lot of Myrtle Beach properties it feels a little dated. We didn’t get to use the facilities, but the room was reasonably clean. I don’t know why, but there was a lot of street noise late at night that could be heard through the door. We were right on the ocean which was nice. The front desk helped us with our room key.
