Front desk staff was welcoming and it was a pleasant stay overall. Rooms were comfortable. Indoor pool was a little chilly, the AC in the gym was questionable and definitely could use some non slip mats in the shower. My four year old fell in there and thankfully wasn’t hurt but an older guest may not be so lucky.

Overall experience was good. Sliding glass door was very hard to open and shut. We did have to ask for toilet paper and body wash. Front desk staff was very nice and accommodated us with what we needed

Booked a king. Hotel gave away our room. Ended up with double queen with a balcony. Elevators were dirty. AC unit wouldn’t cool below 68°. No shower pressure or warmth at 8:30am. Beds were hard. Room seemed clean as well as beds. Hotel staff was great.

Nice one night stay

Staff was friendly, clean rooms. Pool was okay but not heated, didn’t open until 11 check out is 12. Breakfast not included, however was a nice place. Would go back.
