Everyone was very helpful from the front desk to the security and even watching them clean in the morning shock, the pools and comfortable beds. Everything was good. The only thing I can say is it's very hectic checking in. So I would advise getting their early i'm getting yourself parked.

I ended up with bedbugs from the property and because my booking was non refundable I have no been able to get my money back!! Do not book here. I was also told before booking the water park was open, I would not have even booked this place had the water park been closed. Because it was spring break week everything else was booked so I ended up having to stay here and I now have ended up with bedbugs and a 2,000 bill to treat my house for them and the hotel has been completely incorporating refunding my money for staying at this place and coming home with bedbugs think twice before booking with them.
