Give me the the whole cost

The room was nice and clean. Small complaint no coffee in room. Problem checking because of no parking places available and unpacking was in the same area and this was at 10 PM. My biggest complaint though is the website stated that upon checking in a $50 deposit would be required but this changed into a $50 resort fee. It really burns me up. I just want you to tell me the whole price of the room when I pay for the room in advance. Like when it says taxes and fees included but when I get there there another fee disguised as a deposit.

Off Season Renovation/Slow Time

This property has almost everything going for it. Convenient, spacious, a ton of ammenities, even very freindly staff! However, we stayed during the off season. I'm creditting that to the reason some of the slides were under construction, the cafe closed earlier than the time listed on the print out, and our rooms had a bunch of ants in them... I would go back, but I'd likley wait till the height of the season when everything is operating in full swing.

Place was clean, I always wipe down stuff when I get there and there was no dirt or dust. Indoor pools were nice. Kid activities year round. Everything was excellent! Go see Mrs Penny at the front desk and get you a room! Great customer service!

The only thing that didn't work as well was the stove. It took me and hour and half to finally get my chicken fried. Stove in the room was on high but the stove never got that hot.

Unfortunately our stay was not pleasant. The first day there we had to move rooms as there was no hot water. This was after we had all settled in and filled up our fridge with food for 1 week. They moved us to a room closer to the boilers to ensure we had hot water. We could hear a "knocking sound" coming from the bathroom wall and the last night there the noise was persistant and we could not sleep at all because of this. We did inform the staff and was told they would look into it but might be due to water pressure. Overall very disappointed and we will not be going back.

A Great Winter Retreat

Give yourself these reminders before you go and you’ll have a great time. 1)This is a 20 year old beach resort that gets beat up with the summer tourists 2) There will be lots of kids there due to the great indoor water slides 3) You are paying a small fraction of what another indoor water park resort will charge you. Great weekend trip with our family. Perfect location to Broadway at the Beach and the Boardwalk, spacious room, friendly desk staff, great coffee shop, and well kept water park. Only advice is to make sure to bring your own towel/robe/warm something to throw over you when having to walk between water parks, which are located in two buildings.

Booked for January and understand it's off season. But most everything was closed or not working. Beds very hard and pillows too firm and large. Restaurants closed, pool closed and had to walk outside in cold way to other building for their indoor pool. All set up for kids only. No deep pool for adults. Spa advertised was a joke. 1 woman who rents one room in building. Waste of money. Don't do. Finally found small cafe and small restaurant in other building and computer system down and couldn't order anything. Very disappointing
