The hotel overall was in a nice location due to the fact we could walk across the street and the beach was right there. The only thing I was disappointed with is the fact we couldn't watch TV the entire time because the wireless service never worked. The signal was absolutely horrible.

This is a bare minimum room. The way the bathroom has been redone is nice, but there is no shelf or anything to put your shower essentials on while in the shower. There was only one small trash in the whole room. No dresser to put any of your clothes in, nor was there any luggage racks to put your suitcase on either. The bed was very low to the ground as well. It has a small frig and a microwave. It was clean though.

Location was good, Rooms were ok. staff was nonexistent. Pool hours were stated but not followed, Pool was occupied late into the night, well into the next morning. My wife got up one morning to go enjoy the pool before getting our day started, only to find it being cleaned and chem shocked due to the remnants of the night before. was very unfortunate.

Valerie (Front desk) is an excellent person to represent your hotel. She is always very pleasant and helpful. We found the room to be very clean. We are in our 70's and found the mattresses a bit too “bouncy” and the lack of an elevator a minor inconvenience. The hotel is at an excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops all within easy walking distance. Overall, our stay at 5th & Ocean was very present and will consider returning.

the tv didn't work on the first night I was there then I was a roach in the room. you could only text to get assist with the tv and the person got smart with me. there is never a supervisor on duty
