Newly renovated condo with all new furnishings and appliances. Enjoy a comfortable king size bed in the bedroom or complete business at the full size desk. The kitchen features a full size refrigerator, stove and convection microwave. Get ready in the separate vanity area while other guests shower. Watch TV from the pull out sofa bed in the living room or get comfortable in either of two side chairs or a table with four stools. Enjoy the beautiful pool and ocean view from the balcony. There is a $150.00 Damage Deposit required. This will be refunded 7 days after reservation if no damage is found. This is mainly for the NO SMOKING policy. The deposit will be forfeited if smoking occurs in condo. There are guests that think this rule does not apply to them. Thanks for understanding. Lisa

This property was the perfect get away for our family of four. The property was located right on the beach and the staff at the property were very friendly. Lisa did an awesome job at communicating with us before and during our stay. We will definitely be staying with them again!

This was perhaps the best vacation. We had a beautiful condo, clean, and with a great ocean view balcony. Everyone was friendly and I can't day enough about how well we were treated. From beginning to end the booking was easy without any glitches. Thank you so much for everything!
