This direct beachfront condo is located in a peaceful section of Myrtle Beach, known as Shore Drive. The complex is directly on the ocean, allowing the unit to have an amazing view. You will enjoy being within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. This is the perfect spot for a family or couple getaway along the Grand Strand!
The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: There is a complex elevator. Self check-in with keypad. 1st floor (elevated from the ground).
Kitchen: Fully renovated! Fully stocked to include cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans!
Family room: TV. Access to Oceanview balcony via sliding glass doors.
Bedroom 1: Access to a small private balcony with views of the ocean (Not able to sit on - not wide).
Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2: Two beds!
Bathroom 2: Located in hallway between bedroom 1 & 2. Full shower/tub.

A great week of making memories. Our wonderful stay began as soon as we arrived. The parking lot was big enough to always have a spot available. Checking in was a breeze with the coded keypad. The three bedroom condo fit our needs, and we loved just sitting in the screened in porch watching the ocean. The kitchen had everything you would need for your stay. As far as the bathroom there is a limited amount of bathrooms (which is explained in the pre check in information) so recommended to bring a couple more.The beach location was perfect. The condo is on the beach which made it easy to run back to the condo if you needed something. For April the beach was not busy so there was always room to sit.The neighborhood is quiet at night but easy access to restaurants, shops, and shows.Our only issue during the week was the upstairs condo was doing some renovations so there was banging most of the day, but wasn’t that big of a problem because we were out and about. It was a lovely and relaxing stay in Myrtle Beach.

great property sad condo
The property itself was beautiful and well-maintained, and the overall setting was wonderful. However, the condo was disappointing. While some updates had been made, they mostly masked deeper issues that still remained.The kitchen was minimally stocked with utensils, and the inside of the cabinets had an unpleasant smell, with several dirty dishes found inside. The carpets were dirty, and the bedroom doors were in need of replacement. I understand when a place is simply dated, but this condo felt thrown together just to be rented out, without the attention to detail you would expect.I would highly recommend the property as a whole, but unfortunately, I would not recommend this particular condo.

The property was exactly as advertised! The kitchen is clearly newly renovated and such a stunner. Only thing topping the kitchen is the view of the ocean and pool.
As much as we loved the spot - the manager was phenomenal and worked with us to ensure we had everything we needed and then some. .
