Penthouse, Two Story, 5 Balconies. Oceanfront w/ Great Views!!

This property is a personal labor of love in our family. This unit has been completely remodeled. This unit was built approximately 25 years ago when a penthouse was a penthouse. Today along the grand strand, most top-level floors are just the same as all the floors below. But this unit is completely different. To our knowledge, the Palms Resort is the only property in Myrtle Beach with two-story penthouses. Also, we know of no other property in downtown Myrtle Beach with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. This is truly a unique vacation opportunity.

You will find a full-size kitchen to host your meals and entertain. The living room features a two-story wall of glass overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. As you relax on one of our oversized balconies, you not only will enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean, but you will also have a one-of-a-kind view down the beach looking south. We have two oceanfront bedrooms with oceanfront balconies, and the two rear bedrooms have large windows looking down the beach and a small private balcony.

The master suite is truly in keeping with the penthouse style. You will find a king-size bed, large private balcony, a mini-bar with a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and his and her vanities. All fixtures and vanities are covered in beautiful granite and tile are throughout. Probably the best feature of the master bath is the separate shower and bath overlooking the ocean.

The kitchen is completely remodeled with natural wood cabinets covered with rare blue and silver granite. All appliances are replaced as necessary. All cooking utensils are furnished. And as said before, it is a natural for entertaining.

The furnishings throughout are in keeping with the tropical “Tommy Bahama” look. All walls are freshly repainted every winter, and there is tile floor throughout. The exception is carpeted stairs between the first and second stories for safety.

Also, any fireplaces seen in pictures are nonworking fireplaces.

Everything was excellent, our hosts, how clean the PH #2 was, we cooked 3 meals that week ( everything was there that we needed), Wi-Fi was good and Roku was very good- kids loved it. We would return to The Palms (North tower, PH #2) and also the staff did an excellent job picking up our garbage every morning. All around great experience.

Great Penthouse on the beach!

The location is ideal. Easy to get to places to eat. We walked to many of them. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths is great. We left 5 large beach towels and a couple of wave rider boards. Our family really enjoyed our one week stay.

Can't beat the Penthouse view! Dirty Don's Oysters and Soho steak and sushi a short walk. Little more lighting in rooms would be a great upgrade

The Penthouse is the place to be. Beautiful views of the beach from several balconies. Clean, comfortable, great location. My 3 friends and I spent a week golfing in Myrtle Beach and this was a fantastic base for us. We made use of the hot tub several times. Our host Kevin was easy to communicate with and he gave us some great recommendations for the area.Great time.

Great Location and Amazing Views

The balconies were a major selling point. It was pretty spectacular waking up and stepping outside your bedroom to watch the sun rise on the ocean. The beach was right behind the building. Everything was nearby. Some of it feels dated, and for some reason was smaller than I imagined. But it was accurate based on the square footage in the listing. It has everything we needed. The sun coming through the floor to ceiling windows was a bit overpowering at times. Can you beat 4 BR and 4 baths though?! Another huge selling point for us. Appreciate the views and enough bedrooms for everyone.

Golf trip

Three families stayed here for a golf trip. The guys enjoyed the convenient location to multiple golf courses. The rest of us enjoyed the convenience of the beach and pools. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, which was very important for the small kids in the group. The views from the condo are beautiful!

Perfectly spot for our group

We arrived jetlagged. Took one of Kevin's recommendations for pizza and it was delicious. The condo was perfect for a group of 4. Smaller than pictures make it appear but it was ok. The kitchen was fully stocked for making meals. We saw dolphin off the balcony two different mornings. Our group really enjoyed our vacation.

Fabulous penthouse vakay

Family shared penthouse suite for September getaway. The penthouse had all the comforts of home - well stocked kitchen , 4 bed/4 baths so everyone could spread out. TV’s in every bedroom and living room. Great views from balconies down the beach to the sky wheel. Walked to putt putt golf and ice cream shop. We played games in evenings around the large wooden kitchen table with great bench seating. Would definitely recommend and book again

The views are breathtaking. The main room has a two story floor to ceiling window, so if u like to see the ocean , this is the place to stay. We also liked the bench setting in the dining area. That worked great for a large family and still had the views. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Our stay was interesting. We were hit by tropical storm Debby for most of the entire week. We were lucky that the owner stayed in touch with us regularly and was extremely helpful. The Penthouse was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.
