To begin with what ever I paid for I did not get when I arrived at the hotel..I paid for a ocean front view double bed room upon arriving they put us in a single bed room with a view of a parking garage outside the window..I complain to the front desk and they put me in another room my view was sc forest,roads,trees and ponds nothing ever close to the ocean..hotel. Come has done a horrible job booking our reservation no more again..

I asked the staff repeatedly to get my room clean. The floor was so dirty the rug was stuck to the floor. There was used q tips in the bathroom floor under and around the commode. Sadly we love the motel but it was totally ruined by the lack of cleanilness and the lack of caring that we were unhappy and not making it right.

Terrible Experience - Don't Waste Your Time!

The photos on the website didn't represent what the room looked like in person. The room was not cleaned, towels were old and stained, the chain on the door was not working, the people entering the hotel looked sketchy and the front desk staff was not friendly and appeared annoyed doing her job. I asked for a refund and didn't stay in this hotel. I would not recommend it.

We like the location to the fishing pier and the area along the beach. Our accommodations this time were excellent! The kitchen had everything we needed. The one bedroom unit was clean, well thought out and well decorated.

It was a 3 star hotel, so my expectation was not too exaggerated. However, during my 4 days stayed they were no attempt to clean, remove garbage or change the towels by the staff on duties. Eventhough I complained about the removal of the garbages and towel changed to the front desk , but in vain

This was our first time at the resort. We had a great view of the beach. Nice decor in the room. It was nice that we didn’t have to leave the resort to have dinner when the weather was bad. We would stay here again

I experience roaches in my room, and I was not offered a discount on my stay, just a change of room at 12: am at night in a corner that I though was not safe for me, so I decided to stay in the room w/ the roaches that was safer for me,please bumb your rooms atlease every 3 month, It don't have to be you all fault they could be brought in by customers, never the lest check your rooms. next time don't treat every situation like I was lying, Thank you enjoy your day. p,s I would stay again.

This place has something for everyone. If you enjoy the resort vibes, just want to park your car and spend a few days on the beach, drinks, food and fun this is the place. If you do not like live beach bands playing after dark and before noon you might feel a little out of place. Staff is always great, plenty of Security

The parking lot elevator on the first floor is filthy, stairs are also, first impressions are important. The room was clean and the view was very nice so we did enjoy our stay.
