Everything was perfect! The kitchenette had everything I need to cook meals and store leftovers. I was visiting for work but I will definitely come back again for vacation next time!

The elevator was broken, which we were not informed of beforehand. And from what we were told by the individuals working in the bar, it had been broken for quite some time. Thankfully, we have no mobility issues. But if we had, this would be a major problem. There was a local race that was taking place in the morning after we checked in, which we were also unaware of, and the meeting hub for this race was this location. We were woken up to a DJ blasting music at 7:30 AM. This probably isn’t the best place to choose if you’re looking for quiet, as you can hear just about everything happening in the rooms around you. It was clean, stocked well, and a unique space. I’m just not sure I would choose it again.

This place was amazing. It was convenient to boardwalk and dining options. The brewery below the lofts was great with a wonderful staff. The inside was a perfect loft set up with kitchen and laundry. Loved the quiet hours! Definitely would recommend and will be going back.

I like that it had washer and dryer. I liked the ease of communication with the manager per email. I did not like that the elevator wasn’t working and had to carry luggage upstairs. I did not like poor wall and ceiling insulation so I heard every sound from apartments to both sides.

Beautiful space, very clean, host was very responsive. Kitchen and laundry within the unit was great! Came across a couple of Palmetto bugs, apparently they get in occasionally trying to get shelter from moisture. The host explained this to me in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Rooms are very nice and has basically everything you would need. Always had a place to park. About a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk/beach. The brewery below is nice and we never heard any noise from the brew pub. The walls are thin though and you really can hear the neighbors. Was woken up a few times and you could hear a baby cry one morning for awhile. We did have an issue with pull out bed being broke, they got someone out to repair it the next day. The management was very responsive. As other reviews had stated, the curtains are thin and let in quite a bit of light. Harder for the person on pull out to sleep. Overall a very nice place and I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was great. Very spacious and clean. If you want quiet, it’s not for you. There’s a fun bar that’s family friendly with games and pinball machines that is loud, plus the construction in the building doesn’t lend to quiet. Otherwise, and if you’re there to have fun and don’t seek a quiet respite, it’s perfect.

The elevator and dishwasher was broken. There is no housekeeping. The tankless water heater is for multiple rooms so you end up waiting forever for hot water or none, depending on time of day. It is a nice but oddly designed room. Room had small A/C window unit so didn’t keep room cool. Have access of to building and room, Won’t be booking here again.

This property is in an excellent location that is so close to the beach and boardwalk. The room is very clean, unique, and has everything you could need (oven, stove, fridge, microwave, etc). The only problems was the gag inducing smell that was in the stairwell that you had to take to get to and from your room, and the constant noise of them loading/working in the alley right outside your window.
