Set within the exclusive Peninsula Papagayo resort community, Villa Belvedere is an elegant six-bedroom private residence designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living. With sweeping Pacific Ocean views, two private pools, a hot tub and expansive gathering spaces, the villa is an ideal retreat for families, multigenerational groups and friends traveling together.

As registered villa guests, your group is also eligible to enjoy Peninsula Papagayo's exceptional resort amenities, including Prieta Beach Club and Papagayo Park, subject to applicable daily access fees.

Daily housekeeping is included, and our dedicated Papagayo Luxury concierge team is available before and throughout your stay to help arrange everything from airport transportation and golf carts to private chefs, grocery pre-stocking, boat charters, spa appointments, golf, racquet sports and dining reservations.


THE VILLA

Villa Belvedere was designed to take full advantage of its tropical setting and Pacific Ocean views. Expansive glass doors connect the interiors with the pool terrace and outdoor living areas, allowing the villa to flow naturally from inside to out.

The main living areas provide plenty of space for a group to gather without feeling crowded. Relax in the spacious great room, enjoy meals together indoors or outside, or settle into one of the villa's quieter spaces when you want a little privacy.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for meals at home, whether you're preparing breakfast before heading to the beach or having one of our private chefs create dinner for the group.


SIX BEDROOMS

Villa Belvedere's bedroom configuration is particularly well suited to families, multigenerational groups and groups of couples traveling together.

• Downstairs Primary Suite — King bed, ocean-facing views and direct access to the outdoor living areas

• Upstairs Primary Suite — King bed, ocean-facing views and added privacy as the only bedroom on the second floor

• King Suite — King bed with ocean-facing views

• Double Queen Suite — Two queen beds

• Bunk Room — Compact room with a queen bed below and twin bunk above, particularly well suited for children or teens

Four of the villa's bedrooms feature king beds and face the ocean, giving couples and adult family members unusually desirable accommodations throughout the home.


TWO PRIVATE POOLS + HOT TUB

Outdoor living is at the heart of Villa Belvedere.

The expansive terrace features two private pools plus a hot tub, with comfortable spaces for sunning, lounging and spending the day together. Enjoy a quiet morning overlooking the Pacific, cool off in the pool after an afternoon at the beach, or gather outside as the sun begins to set.

A covered outdoor living area provides welcome shade, while the outdoor kitchen and grill make it easy to enjoy lunch by the pool, sunset cocktails or a relaxed dinner at home.


PENINSULA PAPAGAYO

A stay at Villa Belvedere gives you much more than a private villa. You'll be staying within Peninsula Papagayo, one of Costa Rica's premier resort communities, with convenient access to beaches, recreation, dining and resort amenities.

Registered Villa Belvedere guests are eligible for access to Prieta Beach Club and Papagayo Park. Daily access fees apply and are paid by the guest for each day the facilities are used; these fees are not included in the villa rental rate.

Prieta Beach Club offers a beautiful beachfront setting with pools, dining and beach access. Papagayo Park offers an extensive collection of recreational amenities for adults and children.

Golf, tennis, pickleball, padel, spa experiences, restaurants and other resort activities can also be arranged and may carry additional fees.

Access to Four Seasons and other hotel facilities is separate and subject to each hotel's current policies, availability and applicable day-use fees. Hotel access cannot be guaranteed.

GETTING HERE

Villa Belvedere is approximately 35 minutes from Liberia International Airport (LIR), making Peninsula Papagayo remarkably convenient for a luxury resort destination in Costa Rica.

Once inside the resort, beaches, clubs, restaurants, golf, recreation and other Peninsula Papagayo amenities are all within easy reach.


HOLIDAY STAYS

Holiday reservations are non-refundable. Holiday periods include the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's and Easter.

Christmas week and New Year's week each require a 7-night minimum stay. Reservations spanning both Christmas and New Year's holiday weeks require a 14-night minimum stay.


PLEASE NOTE

Prieta Beach Club and Papagayo Park access is not included in the nightly villa rate. Registered Villa Belvedere guests are eligible to access these facilities by paying the applicable daily access fee on the days they choose to visit.

Other Peninsula Papagayo amenities, activities, restaurants and hotel facilities may require advance reservations, additional fees and/or day passes and are subject to availability.

Access to Four Seasons and other hotel facilities is subject to each hotel's policies and availability and cannot be guaranteed.

We strongly recommend arranging dining, transportation, golf carts, activities and other concierge services well in advance, particularly during holiday and peak travel periods.
