The property was handy being centrally located. Did not like the showers which were cold and dribbled water. Also got electric shocks from the appliances. The staff were excellent and friendly.

The room was classified as “ Delux” but it didn’t have the basic things. The room was dirty, the bed didn’t have a mattress cover, just a white sheet on the bed which was smelly. There was no cupboard or drawer for clothes, no ironing board available when we requested for one, the bathroom didn’t have any soap holder, there was no hook to even hang your towel whilst having shower. Overall the accommodation I was pathetic. For the same price we stayed in Tokatoka Resort and that place was fantastic. If there is any doubts about my comments, please go and check out “Room 216”

1st night in fiji

a bit noise, but good location; teh airport shttule isnt that usefull. when we arrived it was just gone. we had to take a texi which is only $12 from airpot to town

Very close to all amenities we needed

Staff were great, we ve been to different hotels with different services, If coming back to Nadi, we will consider Downtown if there's any special deal if not we will a different one just for some experience

Didn't understand what 'booked online meant, continental breakfast means two pieces of toast Plus butter and jam... front entrance looks amazing, but yeah - rooms are below average, sheets thin and super worn,

In the middle of a construction zone.

Not what it seemed online at all. Our door couldn't lock properly, we didn't feel safe at all. Terrible smell in the whole hotel.
