We had a great stay. Check in was easy, the rooms are clean and the staff was great. The location is close to a lot, less than 10 minutes to the train station. Only downside is the age of the bldg, internet and phones were not working.

JAL hotel was about 10 minutes from Nagano airport. It’s midway between the station and the temple. The hotel was ok and the rooms were also OK: a bit on the small side. The launderette was always crowded or people were using it. Service was also average, your regular business hotel. Glad we only stayed 2 nights

One should avoid this property if traveling by car or having dietary restrictions, as it falsely claims to have parking availability. I would never have chosen it without JAL name on it. The restaurant is on the top floor with spectacular views. But the variety and quality of breakfast buffet was by far the best I have yet had! Seriously!
