セルフチェックインにも関わらず、 部屋番号、鍵の番号が伝えられていなかった。 管理会社は繋がらず、緊急連絡先らしい携帯番号に電話をしましたが、日本語のたどたどしい男性が対応。 部屋と、鍵番号を電話誘導されその部屋を開けると他の顧客が滞在中。 もう一度電話で伝えると清掃中です。 部屋変更します。 と、 ようやく部屋に滞在できました。 セルフチェックインなのに、チェックインまで30分。 日中に訪れたから良かったものの、 夜間のチェックインになった場合どうなっていたかと思います。 また、滞在中の部屋を同じように開けられる状態は安心できないですね。 私以外にも同じように、チェックインが出来ずに、電話をすると、事前払いをしているにも関わらず、 郵送で現金送れとの指示を出されていました。 話の通じない対応者を置くのなら、 清掃、部屋の管理はもっとしっかりした方が良いかと思います。
