The room could use a luggage rack, a safe (don’t know why there wasn’t one), body lotion and a hand towel. Only one towel? Is it really too much to ask for a bottle of water upon check-out? I only had coffee, no doughy breakfast, so I should have gotten one. The young woman in the breakfast area reminded me of a stern school mistress. She should not deal with the public. The older woman was lovely. The two front steps should have some kind of reflective tape. They could be dangerous. Would I stay there again? No.

Great hotel staff. Includes free breakfast but keep in mind options are limited. Also during the colder months the common area (lobby) is extremely cold. Still affordable and would highly recommend.

Stayed for one night to go see the studio ghibli park. Was a perfect hotel for a 1day stay. Looked elegant on the inside. Rooms a little outdated but clean. Service was good. The breakfast was kinda mid but it helped save some money in food.
