Driving in, you'll leave the highway and take a narrow country road between cattle and plantain fields. Be amazed by the green mountains surrounding this peaceful community. It’s a short drive to the house.

This property is ideal for families and groups who want to enjoy Puerto Rico’s countryside, relax by the pool, and stay in a spacious home surrounded by tropical nature.

Enjoy the patio with a large pool, BBQ, seating areas, outdoor shower, and half bathroom. The property also has a spacious grass area with tropical plants and trees, including avocado, sugarcane, breadfruit, plantains, papaya, quenepas, and other fruit trees.

Important Update for Stays Beginning After July 4
- For reservations with a check-in date after July 4, the property will accommodate up to 11 guests. Guests will have exclusive use of the second-floor home, Unit B, the pool, BBQ area, patio, outdoor shower, parking area, and outdoor guest amenities.

For stays beginning on or before July 4, the full property remains available to guests as currently listed.

Unit A will be reserved as a separate private apartment for the property’s on-site caretakers. They have their own private living space and do not share guest areas. Their role is to help keep the property well maintained, including pool care, landscaping, maintenance needs, and emergencies if assistance is needed.

Your group’s privacy and comfort remain the priority throughout the stay.

The Space
What makes this property unique is the way it is divided. The layout gives groups extra space and privacy while still allowing everyone to stay together on the same property.

For stays beginning on or before July 4, the property includes three separate units and accommodates up to 13 guests. For stays beginning after July 4, the guest rental includes the second-floor home and Unit B, accommodating up to 11 guests.

Guest Layout After July 4
On the first floor, guests will have access to Unit B, an independent one-bedroom apartment with one bathroom, a kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a TV and a sofa bed for additional sleeping space, and A/C in the bedroom. Unit B accommodates up to 4 guests.

The second floor is a spacious 3-bedroom/2-bath home with sleeping space for up to 7 guests. Enjoy A/C in all bedrooms and common areas, tall ceilings, a wraparound balcony, a dining room, a living room with a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Together, the second-floor home and Unit B accommodate up to 11 guests.

A carport with space for 2–3 vehicles is available.
