Bathroom had mould on walls, grout needed bad clean, silicon around bath falling off, towels not soft and hard and scratchy. Carpet in room dirty. For a 5 star hotel these things should not be issues.
Room was fine, spacious and staff friendly and attentive, we somehow had to pay extra to have a toddler in the room, despite not getting any extra bed or towels etc. overall not a place I’ll return too in a hurry
