I am actually very very upset. The pool was not working and the reason why I booked this hotel was because I wanted my kids to enjoy the pool and having to go asked the front desk more that 10 times about the pool was very disappointing. If the pool was not really working at all there should have have to be a note saying the pool was not working. I think the hotel just didn’t wanted to turn on the heater on the hotel. This inconvenience made my kids had a horrible time since this is the only activity that was offer for them. Very disappointed and I will not think I will come back or recomend this hotel.

Clean room, great customer service (reception desk and the restaurant). Great amenities. We went during Christmas week and they offer so many things such as wine tasting, s’mores making, rental bikes, morning yoga, food credits to their hotel restaurant, WiFi, etc. you definitely get your money back from the daily resort fee!
