Joyful, relax and exceptional place in the center of the town. People at reception thanks to Tesse and her coworker was pleasant and welcoming , menu at Claw Bar and the London Club superbly delicious , service above and beyond accommodating , dream team of the cleaning crew (spotless clean, but invisible) , valet people friendly and entertaining . Excellent all around. The property is right next to everything you want to enjoy in Naples. They also offer a shuttle service up to 3 miles. The customer service of the staff was excellent, made you feel at home with any of your needs. The rooms are cute and clean perfect for a great stay with great balcony options. Had the absolute best time at Bellasera with my husband and three kids. The service at this resort is outstanding. We would love to give a shout out to Mike, the driver.
