This is a wonderfully managed very charming hotel in the hyperkinetic heart of Naples. Situated in a renovated Situated in a renovated, restored palace, the hotel has a lot of charm, as its name suggests. A very tasty, wonderful breakfast each morning. Luigi at the front desk is a gem.

Room was pretty basic but clean. Heating always came on when you left the room which meant the door to the balcony had to be opened to cool the room down and as you can imagine in Napoli the smoke and exhaust pervaded the room all night. The breakfast room and spread is very good so no complaints there. If you're driving access can take some getting used to but once you know where to park it's pretty easy and convenient.

The hotel facility and the staff were excellent, however the location is difficult to get to as Taxi's do not go to the front door and the street is not paved smooth so you can not roll your luggage to the door from the point of drop off which causes you to lift and carry the luggage. The area is very dirty and unsafe as there is unpleasant people hanging around on the street to the late hours of the night. Walking around the area after dark is not a good experience and it is not recommended.

Amazing time in Napoli!!!

The hotel is easy access to everything. The room was clean and comfortable, maybe just needs a new coat of paint. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing and our waiter was a lot of fun. Our only critique is we checked in late and although check in was fast we were not told that our room was behind the door with two room numbers and we needed to put the electronic key in the wall slot for light so we struggled with finding our room and then getting some light.

This property had a single room for me when they knew 2 people were staying in a room. That is rediculous. Hotel clerk was going to make us pay more. Then when I said I wanted my money back the hotel manager gave us a room with a double bed. Area was sketchy. grafitti all over walls in alley when going anywhere. Late at night people were yelling outside. Breakfast was ok
