Excellent service, friendly, efficient. The breakfast menu and hall highlight. Overall, the hotel was of a high standard. The area around the hotel needs to be improved, it looks unkept and dirty. No issues with the hotel, very good standard.

The hotel facility and the staff were excellent, however the location is difficult to get to as Taxi's do not go to the front door and the street is not paved smooth so you can not roll your luggage to the door from the point of drop off which causes you to lift and carry the luggage. The area is very dirty and unsafe as there is unpleasant people hanging around on the street to the late hours of the night. Walking around the area after dark is not a good experience and it is not recommended.

Amazing time in Napoli!!!

The hotel is easy access to everything. The room was clean and comfortable, maybe just needs a new coat of paint. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing and our waiter was a lot of fun. Our only critique is we checked in late and although check in was fast we were not told that our room was behind the door with two room numbers and we needed to put the electronic key in the wall slot for light so we struggled with finding our room and then getting some light.

Then when I said I wanted my money back the hotel manager gave us a room with a double bed. Area was sketchy. grafitti all over walls in alley when going anywhere. WOW what a great surprise! Fantastic hotel

Wow we were so surprised. When you get on the street - if before lively dinner you may question what you booked. Or when you enter the reception lobby which is tiny filled with suitcases with no closet. BUT wait. You will be pleasantly surprised the rest of the hotel was huge and amazing. Staff are overly nice and make you feel at home. The rooms were big, comfortable beds and they way the set up our room for kids was perfect. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again or recommend it. Wait until you have breakfast in the prettiest room at the hotel. Enjoy!
