Welcome to our Condo. We offer amazing Gulf views from our newly renovated unit in sunny Naples Florida! Enjoy and spread out in our 3 bedrooms, 2 bath condo. Our unit offers a split floor plan with an abundance of natural light and private balcony to enjoy the fresh Sea Breezes & Famous Florida Sunsets. Located in the sought after gated, Naples Cay complex that provides 24-hour security. Our community is amenity packed with an old Florida feel of lush landscaping & impeccable grounds.

Our unit is fully renovated with many beautiful details you will notice upon entry. Decorated with a modern feel that is crisp and inviting. Ample closet/storage areas with washer/dryer available in the condo. We offer an open floor plan that maximizes the breathtaking views. There is a beverage bar off of the dining/living room. Our master suite has a king size bed and amazing gulf views, master bath is equipped with smart touch mirrors and a walk-in shower. Our fully equipped kitchen offers everything you will need for preparing and serving meals. No details left untouched; we even have charging docs for your phone on our kitchen bar! In the opposite direction you will find bedrooms 2 & 3. Bedroom 2 with a queen bed and the option to have another private suite with a full bath. Bedroom 3 offers a semiprivate area if needed with a full-size fold down Murphy bed or keep it open and use it as an office/sitting area. High speed Wi-Fi is provided for your personal and/or business needs. Last to mention the 2nd bath fully remodeled as well with a walk in shower and smart touch mirrors. As mentioned it has the option to be used as private suite with the bedroom 2 when closing the pocket door.

Enjoy nearby walking trails, resort style pool & spa, Har Tru tennis courts, a fitness center, two grill areas and more that is all sprawled out over 33 acres of protected natural preserves. We offer private beach access, kayaking options, beach combing and relaxing in the sun to all help you pass the time.

Important things to note: All linens and towels are included; beach chairs and beach towels are also included! We also offer a private beach locker to avoid tracking sand in and out of our condo.

This unit comes with a starter set of toiletries and paper products for your convenience to help you settle into your relaxing getaway. Please note that these items are not replenished once depleted.

Recently, beautifully re-modelled and tastefully furnished. Well equipped kitchen (even had a teapot and tea kettle), comfortable beds and gushy walk in showers.Exceptionally clean and well looked after.Lovely views all round being on the 11th floor.This building is very well maintained, with immaculate landscaping and only a 4 minute walk to the white sandy beach.Good communication with the agents via VRBOHighly recommend.

This condo was very well-located. Short walks to good shopping areas and great restaurants. Fabulous walks along the beach virtually out your door. The condo is very well-equipped with everything you need and furnished tastefully. Great quality everywhere! The view of the water is so wonderful from almost anywhere in the condo. Building seems very well-managed and our agents for this condo in particular were first just terrific! We would definitely recommend - do it! 😊

Wir haben schon zum 3. Mal dieses Condo gemietet und waren bisher immer super zufrieden. Dieses Mal hatten wir immer wieder Probleme mit der A/C. Auch wenn dies zum Teil nicht dem Vermieter zuzuschreiben ist, hat es unseren Aufenthalt doch aufgrund mehrerer Techniker-Termine vorort sowie einer Nacht ohne A/C eingeschränkt. Die Kommunikation mit den Hosts war jedoch wie schon früher sehr gut und schnell.Von diesen temporären Problemen abgesehen, können wir dieses Condo wirklich empfehlen.

Contemporary Condo at the beach

This was our second stay in this accommodation and we really had a good time there again. All was in very good shape and clean. Could not notice any wear and tear after one year. An emphasis on the kitchen equipment which leaves no wishes unfulfilled. Contact with the hosts was again fast and easy. We have already booked for next fall.

Beautiful contemporary retreat

We decided for this condo because of the open floor plan and the contemporary but still beachy interior. Lots of windows provide you with gorgeous views. We loved to have our breakfast on the balcony. Everything was quite new and very clean. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. The fitness gym on the lobby level was well- equipped and also in a very good condition. We can absolutely recommend this accommodation and will plan to return!
