We loved Palazzo Alabardieri. All of the staff members were very kind and helpful. The hotel was quiet and the perfect place for our stay in Naples.

Buyer beware

You have no control over the temp in your room. Staff was asked several times to please adjust temp as it was registering over to 80degrees. We were told 3 times they adjusted and the temp kept rising. Finally told couldn’t turn ac on so asked for heat off. Hotel solution open window which exposes you to loud outside noise.
