The location was excellent. Ihop next door for breakfast. Room was clean, but some areas needed attention/replaced. Pool was warm and clean. The landscaping was beautiful. There were some longterm guests/locals that seemed sketchy, loitering in parking lots and some of the common areas. The drain in our sink continued to stop. My husband fixed it. No hot water occasionally. We saw one roach, we reported it. They cleaned the room the next day. Did not see anymore. Was close to the beach, so that was a big plus for us. Loved sitting by the pool after a day at the beach. A beautiful complex, could really be desirable with some updates. We were there ten days.

It was only convenient cause u don’t have to drive more than 30 min to get to restaurants and places around. That being said… I had a horrible experience, first of all… I’ve got charged from $136 for 2 nights (original showing on the bill per room) then when I saw the whole thing became almost $400 ummm I would’ve stay at a Nice 7stars hotel resort next to the Beach for that price. I’m still waiting for this to be refunded somehow. Is not OK from them to do that. Second… the humidity in this room HORRIBLE. And 3rd… water heater was a total disaster, never had Hot water, wife and I had to shower with COLD WATER all the time of the stay. Handyman went several times to fix it, never got fixed. Anyway… 1 star and I’m very very mad about this Crazy Charge increase. This is insane. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Pleasant stay but room for improvement

Overall enjoyable stay. Good value for money and lovely heated pool and garden. Room was average for motel chain but was clean and furnishings in good condition. Only negatives were the $7 charge for safe use in and poor check in experience. It was very slow, and after 10mins the room key didn’t work on two occasions. We were up graded to a premium room facing the pool which was much quieter (note standard rooms face a noisy road) but key card only worked for one night even though are stay was for two nights.
