Cash only security deposit??? Also said I had to forfeit it because I had early morning flight and was checking out around 4:00 am. They had no one working from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am (???). Such a crazy experience with this hotel. Do not recommend it for anyone.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday). On Saturday morning I left the room at 9am and came back at 7pm to find my room exactly as I left it. No cleaning was done in the room! I called the front desk and the gentleman told me: "I am not responsible for your room not being cleaned". Then the second night we had to call the police since a drunk person was banging in our room. Police had to come twice but the hotel did not have any kind of security or rules not to be drinking late at night in the pool area. If they do, they do not enforce them. I think I definitely need to be reimbursed at least for one night due to not cleaning my room! unaceptable!
