Immediately upon entering, guests are greeted by a gorgeous view of the courtyard, centered around a beautiful heated pool. The kitchen is equipped with a water filter for enhanced water taste. The condo also includes a spacious laundry room with a washer and dryer. Step outside to the terrace, located at the front of the building, offering views of the parking area and building entrance—a perfect spot to meet your neighbors in the Sunrise community. For families, we provide kid-friendly amenities such as a twin blow-up mattress and a Pack 'n Play collapsible crib.
