Renovated in January 2024, this home boasts a large open kitchen, dining, and living room with top of the line appliances. Spacious island with bar stools and quartz counters is the perfect spot to host. This 3bed 2bath with a 30 foot heated salt water pool and spa is found in the desirable 500 block in Naples Park, less than a mile to Vanderbilt Beach. Experience the beautiful views of the backyard surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. We host 10 homes in this neighborhood.



The Space:

The Split floor plan provides privacy in Master Suite with King bed and flat screen TV, brand new bathroom, large master closet and sliders to lanai. Shared hall bath hosts a shower tub. Large living room and formal dining room seats 8 for family dinners. Freshly painted kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances is fully stocked with everything you need to cook in or BBQ on the outdoor gas grill. Plenty of storage, two car garage. Lanai has additional dining table and chairs and outdoor furniture to relax or even work outside. Living room desk and dining table offer additional work space for those who need to work during their stay. Premium Cable and WiFi are included. If desired, tennis courts are just a short walk away at Pelican Bay Community Park, as are nearby restaurants at the Ritz Carlton, Turtle Club, The Lighthouse and La Playa. All of this enhanced by the natural backdrop of Vanderbilt Beach and Del Nor-Wiggins State Park, recently named one of the Top Ten Beaches in the US. Beaches are less than one mile away. You can be certain that this home will inspire wonderful and lasting vacation memories for you, your family and guests. Two bikes a beach umbrella, and beach chairs are available during your stay. The perfect location close to beaches, downtown, and the Mercato for fine dining & shopping.
