Our condos can comfortably sleep up to 16 people. The condos are only about 5-7 minutes from the airport and 10-12 minutes from downtown Nashville or the Opryland Hotel. You’ll love our place because of the convenient location, perfect for anyone!

Parking: Convenient parking is available for guests with four uncovered, reserved parking spaces. No campers, trailers or RV's permitted to park in the complex (per HOA rules).
Additional Notes & Rules: - Booking guests must be at least 21 years old. - We do not allow local residents to book our homes. A local resident is defined as any guest whose primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property. - All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense. - Unfortunately, additional items cannot be provided if requested as the items inside are intended to start your stay. - All listed amenities are to be used at the guest’s risk. The homeowner is not liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, illness or damages caused to the other party. - Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed. - NO SMOKING anywhere on the premises, including the back and front patios. - The A/C control will not allow you to go below 68°F in the summer and above 72°F in the winter - The fireplace is only decorative; please do not burn anything in it. - Please do not eat in any of the beds. - Makeup removal wipes are provided; please do not use the towels and washcloths to remove makeup. There will be a charge for any additional cleaning required for stained towels. - These units are adjacent to railroad tracks and airport, so you may experience noise during your stay. - Lastly, for your safety, the weight limit for the bunk beds is 250 lbs. on the lower bunk, 200 lbs. on the top bunk, and 250 lbs. on the trundle bed; please do not exceed these limits.
You are free to utilize the entire condos. Hang out on the back porch, enjoy the common areas, or simply enjoy some time inside. We pretty much stay out of your way unless you need something!
Unfortunately, we are unable to allow for a late check-out, due to the quick cleaning turn-arounds that need to be made. Also, this is a condo complex, which means our unit shares one wall with the adjoining condo. Some things to note: the floors do creak in certain spots and water can be heard in the crawl space running through the pipes after flushing the toilet.
