Overall, we were pleased with our stay. Our room wasn’t ready on time and we didn’t get queen beds we reserved. I had called and requested an early check- in and was told that shouldn’t be a problem. We were comped our breakfasts.

I felt like we had a lot of extra charges for our stay. I paid taxes when I booked but then was charged extra fees and taxes during my stay. The breakfast was also not very good. Other hotels in the area also don’t charge for early check in, they do it complimentary if they have rooms available. I also had to call to question the overcharge on my valet bill. Just wasn’t impressed for the price.

I sent in a review already to Hyatt with no response and thats ok. Im not expecting anything at all other than the hopes they back do what they did to me to someone else. They added breakfast on my bill after I said no thank you, my son is autistic and cant eat just anything then she says oh its ok its added to your room. I said as long as its free and she said yes your good to go. We found out it was not free and was charged the extra for it. We did check in that morning to see if we could find someone to eat but had to leave....very disappointed in her misleading me and especially trying to make extra money off me and my family with the situation we are in. I know Hyatt all together would not do that but it takes one person to mess up things and this was clearly the case....

Lost power for three hours. No phone, no communication, no announcement or paper apology. They use text for valet and even though you are queued #1, they wait until you come down stairs before retrieving your car multiple times.

Excellent! Clean rooms, nice decor, proximity to Broadway is exceptional! Safe 3 block walk to the fun, night or day! Right across the street is the famous Pancake Pantry which is deliciously scrumptious and famous! Can’t be beat for a great hotel at an awesome price.

Everyone was very courteous and attentive by the time I walked in the door to check in. Room was great. The only thing that could have been better was a microwave in the room. We ate early then wanted to heat up leftovers after we had been to Broadway. It was very convenient to park at the hotel and was short walking distance to most places.
