Great place! Clean, Staff was excellent and fantastic location!! Walking distance to everything. The only negative was the parking is very expensive. They have parking and there is a lot across the street for bigger vehicles but expensive. For the cost of rooms parking should be free.

The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue is our TV cable was unplugged so we had to deal with that to get the TV to work. A minor inconvenience in an overall great stay.

This hotel was great for being close to Broadway, but not too close. There are some people hanging around on the street in this area, so be aware.. There is a convenience store (not a great one) across the street which is useful, but again, lots of people hanging out there. The lock to our door was broken when we checked in and we called the front desk and it was fixed immediately. The hotel is not flashy at all, but it is really nice for people who are not looking to spend a lot of time hanging out at the hotel, or relying for the hotel for entertainment. It seems like a business hotel. I really have no complaints except for one. It is so stupid and such a money grab for the $35 fee to check in early. The room is either ready or it is not. Our room was ready, but we had to pay the fee to go into the room. I can understand if it's NOT ready and someone has to rush to go and clean it so you can get in. But if it's ready, there is no reason to charge $35 for you to go in. It is the lamest, greediest policy. The hotel already charges plenty to stay there. It just leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Otherwise, I recommend.

Loved staying at the Hyatt place downtown Nashville!!! So conveniently located in walking distance to all the Broadway st. Honky tonks and restaurants, the arena.hall of fame ...ect. clean and up to date hotel. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I recommend this place 100%

This hotel is in a great location and close to mostly everything you want to do while in Nashville. The hotel was very clean, the staff was great and the convenience of having so much around it within walking distance made it a huge plus. Would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were plan and bland but comfortable and clean. My wife didn’t bring her hair dryer and regretted that because the supplied room hair dryer sounded like a jet engine and she possibly lost some of her heating. I had to leave the room and could hear it down the hall.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place Downtown Nashville and had an excellent experience overall. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The lighting and shower water pressure could be improved, but those were minor details compared to the overall quality of the stay. The location is ideal—close to all the downtown attractions, live music, and great dining options, yet far enough away to enjoy a peaceful night’s rest. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nashville.
