The hotel disappointing overall. 1. The Galway’s & room had very strong smelling air fresheners that gave us headaches and it was overly strong. 2. The tvs never worked over a 3 night stay. We were out of our room most of the time but two tvs had zero channels. 3. No extra toiletries, no extra bedding for the sofa bed u til we asked and then they didn’t give us a mattress cover. The sofa bed was worse than a hospital house bed. Super hard. Really bad. 4. The mini fridge didn’t keep our drinks cold. 5. The breakfast food was so so. But our first morning the kids poured milk for cereal and the milk was completely CURDLED AMD ROTTEN!!!! So gross. After that we didn’t really look forward to breakfast. 6. Honestly would not recommend.

We have stayed here often. Rooms have always been clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast is lacking but it is “free.” Hotel does have a strong air freshener smell in its buildings that is a bit much and could be dialed down a little. Staff was nice and professional.

Check-in went smoothly. However, when we first walked into our room, the chlorine odor smacked us in the face. Smoking area was outside the entrance we were told to use to access our room. We later found out we could access our room by going through the lobby and following a circuitous route from there. We went out for dinner and when we returned, there were three men outside the entrance doorway smoking pot. Not all of the breakfast items were palatable.

No elevator if you’re on a higher floor which I found really weird. But for us, no biggie. We had a one night stay and wanted to be just outside of Nashville. Great breakfast, safe, clean.

We had an unsatisfactory stay at this Best Western. When we checked in the floor was very dirty (the soles of our feet turned black from the dirt!). We asked to have it cleaned the next day but it was still dirty after the cleaning. The next day we didn't received room service despite requesting it, and when we asked for clean towels and the bins emptying around 5pm the gentleman on reception (Vishal) was very rude and unhelpful. After emptying the bins and changing the towels ourselves and returning them to reception, he decided he didn't want them in reception and threw them at me, then chased me across the car park trying to give them back to me. He only stopped when I suggested filming his actions... I was told I could complain to the manager the next morning but the manager was nowhere to be seen. I did speak to the lady on reception in the morning and asked the manager to get in touch but we never heard from anyone during the next 2 days of our stay. The room itself would have been fine if it was cleaned and there was plenty of parking, but there's not really much to recommend this hotel in our experience. There's also no elevator so bear this in mind if you struggle to carry luggage etc. up stairs to the second floor.

The front entrance and lobby is really nice. But after that point is passed, the place is outdated. The rooms just felt not fresh. Everything was clean. The morning free breakfast is just okay. Huge variety but food was tasteless.
