The property was fine. It was very clean and seemed newer. All rooms have hardwood floors and we got called from the front desk twice about how loud we were from the room below us. That was at 3:00pm and 8:00pm and we weren't making any noise. We had to pay $5 per night to park but that doesn't really make sense because there's nothing around the property. We used the pull out couch but no blankets or sheets provided and when we called to get some they told us that we could come and get them but that housekeeping had left. The garbage cans were overflowing by the elevators. There were limited staff members working.

The best part of the stay was the valets. They were all quick and friendly. Past that….everyone I talked to had the personality of a dead fish. The lady who checked me in was slow, wasn’t in a hurry, wasn’t overly concerned with much outside of standing there. Yay. Finally got to my room, dropped my stuff and went back downstairs. Went to the bar to grab dinner, and they were out of chicken. How, I’m not sure. But, they were. So much for a salad. Bartender half way suggested I order wings. I took him up on it. Epic fail on my part. The wings were skin on, and had more skin that meat. And, I don’t mean crispy fried skin. I mean loose, fatty, chewy, skin. The wings were gummy and I’d put them in the top three worst I’d ever had. I’m not sure if the bartender was doing everything or what, but I’m sure these were in a bag, thrown in the microwave, nuked, and then sauced in a bowl. The overall situation was they’d been busy all weekend, and it was his last day before he was off. And, it showed. He actually recommended me to go to Chick-fil-A instead of eating at the hotel because it was “overpriced and wasn’t great for what you pay”. Take his advice. Please. I beg you. Room was okay, hotel was clean, but, compared to the one in Louisville that I stayed at for 3 days directly afterwards, I’d have been better off sleeping in my truck.

A bit surprised

We have stayed here a few times before this is the first time we have been charged for parking it was only $5 but still unexpected, also I have never been to a hotel that doesn’t offer coffee in the lobby in the mornings. Even when it didn’t offer free breakfast. I thought it was odd when I was told they do not offer it. The rooms were nice and clean and staff was friendly

Shady hotel practices. I ate dinner at the hotel restaurant, paid cash for the meal, and was then charged to my credit card for the meal. Even worse I received a $15 food voucher which was credited to the bill and the hotel still charged me full price for the meal. Beware of unauthorized charges to your card on-file!
