• Elevator: There is an elevator in the building. It’s operated and maintained by building management, not by us. While typically available, any maintenance or outages are outside our control. If unavailable—or in an emergency—stairs will be required.
• Parking: One garage space is provided under the building (one spot per unit). Additional parking may be available on surrounding streets on a first come, first served basis.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of animals may result in additional cleaning.
• Getting around: Easy access to major highways and rideshares for quick trips to downtown, Broadway, the Gulch, Music Row, Germantown, and more.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
