I have stayed at many hotels, but the staff at this property was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and always had a smile. Tne room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They offer shuttle services to downtown. I would stay here again.

Concert in nashville

This is certainly one of best places we have stayed in a while. From Madaline in services to Justin in food & drink area, all were polite & very friendly & courteous. Also Rebecca @ desk helped us with lyft etc. All the staff anywhere always spoke & told us to have a good day. We just loved this place & will defenitely stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful, quiet and clean. Staff was amazing. I arrived very late for checking after giving them a heads up and front desk staff were still nice and lively after 11pm at night.

Pretty standard hotel. The live music was fun. The breakfast was meh. The bedding was nice, bed wasn’t hard as a rock, pillows were mid. But I’m giving this place 5 stars because of the two men who checked us in. Bald Angel and Rick were absolute shining beacons of happiness and helpfulness after driving in a truck for 5 hours with two kids after visiting a zoo. Thank you!

Convenient and quick walk to Nissan stadium. The area around the hotel is a bit run down with empty businesses but felt very safe. The hotel staff were all fantastic! Super helpful with ideas on things to do and places to see. Free shuttle to downtown all day. Hotel was quiet and clean. Would 100% stay here again if we come back to town.

Loved the hotel we were there for CMA fest in June. It wasxeasy walking distance to get back from the stadium at night. The only issue was on the days the festival wasnt on walking back from the broadway area therecwas literally nobody else in the area.
