Great location

5 night stay. Great location close to opry and downtown. Less than 15 minute drive either way. Room was comfortable and cleaned daily. Only negative was the light fixture in bathroom bulbs needs replace did work during the entire stay, hair dryer only blew out cold air no heat. Hotel was keep clean except for the parking garage trash was never empty or sweep during our stay.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable i slept good just my bathroom was very dirty hair was everywhere and need to be cleaned and when i went to the front desk he told me i had to wait till Tomorrow to get it cleaned which i was checking out the next day so i asked for some cleaning supplies he told me he couldn’t give me none but he offered me some wipes lol

The check-in and check out staff were excellent. This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel when in town visiting family. I will stay there again next time I'm in Nashville. The price was very reasonable. Their breakfast area and offerings look very nice, although I did not take advantage of that. I especially like the underground parking garage, so that I could park and be completely out of the weather getting in and out of my car and in and out of the hotel.

No one greeted on check-in. Just a sign that said “BRB”. When she did arrive she came across inconvenienced and provided incorrect airport shuttle information. The gentleman in the morning, when I needed transport to BNA I formed me the shuttle had a schedule of every 30 min and I missed the previous run. The hotel SHARES a shuttle with another. He graciously called and asked for an extra run for me and I was accommodated. He was very helpful and the shuttle driver was great. However, check in and information given caused a lot of issues and I was quite rushed o decay the airport.

The two rooms I stayed in before and after my conference were both pretty sad. Mold around the shower enclosures on both...very loud on the back side of the property (you can hear freeway traffic and planes taking off) and there was vaping going on somewhere that stunk up the place. But they did let me check in early, which was very nice.

Awful stay and horrid hotel

Hotel had major roadworks outside the main entrance which were very noisey and made it difficult to drive in and out of car park due to tarmacking the road!!! No apology from hotel or told about this before arriving We had major issue with payment when I had booked two rooms and we gave two cards for payment separately of the two rooms. Both room chargers were put on my card. I asked them to remove and charge my cousin for his room…they said they would have to talk to management! This didn’t happen in the two days I queried. The reception was most rude when I checked out and told me wasn’t her fault!!! Again no apology given or any attempt to help correct…just told me to talk to my credit card provider to fix!!!!!!
