The hotel was nice. Rooms are clean and beds were very comfy. For the price, I think it’s a very good place to stay. Super convenient to everything. The only thing I wish had been a little better was the breakfast options. It would have been nice if they had healthier options like yogurt or other fruits besides apples.

The parking was a joke. It looks like something out of a horror show. I have to walk around the building, I see two employees standing in the parking lot and I go on in the front door. I wait 10 minutes (this is at 2 am, so clearly not busy). I went to the employees in the parking lot and ask if they could help me check in. They didn’t even see me walk in and one of the employees was SECURITY! When I made the reservation and also called the hotel directly, I asked if I could leave my car there until I flew back into town and was told BOTH TIMES yes. The gentleman at the front desk the next morning said they don’t do that. I had to hurriedly find somewhere to park my car. That was the ONLY reason I booked with that hotel because I was told I could park there. Never again.

Overall good experience! Free breakfast was very good. Loved the omelettes and all the different food options! The hallways were smoky (despite it saying ‘no smoking’ we saw it curling around the smoke detector) and worn down, so that’s my only main complaint. The room itself was clean and tidy. I do wish there was a body wash for the shower. Price was a bit steep for a hotel of this kind. But still good experience overall for somewhere so close to BNA.

My stay here for the one night, the experience was perfectly fine. The only reason I give four stars instead of five on the condition is because the bathroom door would not stay closed. It’s a sliding door and I don’t want that door opening up when I am in there taking a shower and somebody else is out in the main area.

Overall it was okay but the hotel and room (the towels) was dirty and the front desk lady who claimed to be one of the managers was rude the entire time she was assisting me, then tried to play it off towards the end but the damage was done. Multiple occasions, and didn’t say one word when I turned in my key to her.
