Very old. Room was stuffy and gave my husband immediate nose blockage as we opened the door!!! It’s evident that no one has checked in to that room in a while. Bathroom was extremely small for an executive suite!!! Barely any space to maneuver between commode and standing shower. Breakfast was great.

I had a confirmation from expedia for this hotel and had paid the stay in full- when I arrived at 1030pm and checked in I was told that the hotel was over capacity and they had no room for me- there was no effort to help refund my money or transport me to another hotel- I contacted expedia to refund my money and they reached out to the hotel and the hotel listed me as a no show and now I have to protest the cost I paid for a stay I did not get to experience

Disappointing experience

Hot. A/c didnt work. Bloody stained rag for bathing. Extremely rude check in experience with front desk supervisor. The mattresses are cardboard. The walls are thin and had to explain the neighbors were jumping on their beds at 5am to our kids. Hotel room was clean and Dutch Bro coffee around the corner is amazing. That’s wraps up 17 hrs at this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Embassy Suites! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. The check-in process was quick and friendly, and my suite was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the separate living area, which made it easy to relax and unwind. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options. The evening reception with drinks and snacks was a great bonus as well. Every part of my stay reflected the Embassy Suites commitment to quality and hospitality. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others!

It was okay, when we first got to the room the toilet was clogged and maintenence had to come fix the plumbing because it was leaking on the floor below us. So that held us up from going to dinner later that night. the staff was freindly bed was comfortable. food was great.

What I liked about the property was the staff. They were always ready to answer any questions with a smile upon their face. What I didn’t like was the rooms were dated and needed some TLC. Beautiful property and staff.
