I’d like to share my experience. I stayed at this hotel from May 22 to 26. The first two nights were fine, but on the third night—Saturday at around 2:30 or 2:45 a.m.—someone came and banged loudly on my door and wouldn’t stop. I was shocked and terrified. They hit the door extremely hard, then knocked on the glass window, and after that, they ran away while laughing. It was disturbing and made me feel like this hotel isn’t safe at all. Even though there are security cameras, I honestly don’t know how much help they would be if something serious happened to me. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It was truly scary and I didn’t feel safe the room is 148.

Good and Bad

Attending a concert so initially scheduled one night. Had to schedule a 2nd night and shocked that the price tripled, especially for a Wed night. The bed was extremely hard as were the pillows so neither of us slept well either night. The floor had obviously not been cleaned/swept in some time as you could feel grit, dirt on your bare feet and socks were dirty from walking around. It wasn't horrible, have stayed at much worse and its proximity to the Stadium, a 15 minute walk was nice so would stay again but NOT at the add a night price.

Better than expected!

Pleasantly surprised! Room has been remodeled, very clean and very nice. The parking lot has some sketchy characters but there is on-site security and we didn't have any problems. Hotel property is very clean and nice.

Got there and check in was fast, they gave us a key for room that was dirty though, had to go back to lobby so they could give us another one, the next morning housekeeper was saying it showed we didn’t book an extra night and that we should fix that at the office, when I went there to explain what the lady told us, the guy was rude and didn’t even explain what happened just gave us a new set of keys for same room. I wasn’t happy with the lack of professionalism and how unorganized it was. Also, coffee, coffee maker and stuff were next to the toilet.

Checked in and then check right back out within a half hour. Sheets had stains and looked like dead bug. Floor was dirty. Elevator made you feel like it was going to break down and seeing the security cameras broken in the elevator did not make it look to safe. Wife was creeped out.
