The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt the room service could have done better. The coffee cups didn't get washed - they were left in the sink dirty. Some bathroom things weren't replaced and the bed covers were just brought back to the top of the bed - it wasn't remade. Was pleased with the breakfast selection and presentation. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff was the friendliest that I've seen anywhere. They would go out of their way to ensure you were comfortable and had everything needed. The breakfast was one of the best of any hotel I've stayed at. Great place to stay close to Opryland and the Grand Old Opry. The shuttle to Opry Mills is handy so you don't have to drive around.

Our stay was fantastic ! The staff was so friendly, made us feel right at home (Chad, David, chase). We met Dee Dee this morning as we were leaving and gave us a positive start to our early morning rise with a fresh cup of coffee and friendly chat. Would definitely stay again!
