Nice staff, but very old and not very well maintained hotel. Room had a terrible mildew smell the entire 4 days we were there.The room was not cleaned over the four days. Breakfast was fair, but breakfast room was dirty and not restocked with food items.

I was highly impressed! We ended up doing a late check in do to traffic when I called to let them know they were super nice and professional on phone. Upon arriving we were exhausted Deedee at front desk was AMAZING! She was quick to check us in and had a bright beautiful smile! She also was knowledgeable on parking for our event. The room was clean spacious a/c worked, blow dryer, iron, all the coffee stocked, towels were soft and plushy! I think my only suggestion is that they add lamps with ports to charge electronics. Thank you I am now a rewards member and will be looking to Hyatt for future travel!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the location was great. There are some things in the room that need updating like the shower head. Also the only tv available to us was using your own phone and using Google cast with the home network. That should be noted in the hotel details when booking. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Love staying at this location. The staff is great, accommodations are great, breakfast is great, and the location is very close to everything including a shuttle that takes you to downtown for a small fee.

I never leave reviews so it pains me to be this person… I will start by saying, the front desk staff was BEYOND kind and helpful! However, the rooms were disgusting, I’ve never felt so unsafe and unclean in all my travels. Soap scum in the shower, dust on all of the fixtures, stains on the pull-out mattress, hand smudges across the headboard, unclean sheets, a 1/2 inch gap between the floor Nd the entry door, the floor had debris on it, a poop stain on the wall in front of the toilet, oh and a metal shard from the shower rod sliced my finger when I was pulling the shower curtain closed. I can handle outdated, but this hotel has not been cared for in the maintenance or cleanliness realm. I was to stay there for four nights and booked another hotel the first night because of all I have listed above.
