The property put me in a room where the ac was leaking. I reported it and they said maintenance was out and would be back the next day to get it looked at the next day when I returned the leak was worse, it had not been looked at and the front desk was not initially cooperative.

Modern clean facility

The rooms are large, clean, and have a nice shower. Great breakfast in the morning. Shuttle service to downtown Broadway is only $ 15 round-trip. The hotel's shuttle that sits out front doesn't make trips to the Grand Ole Opry in the evenings, so either drive and park in the shopping center parking lot or find another way there. Too far to walk. We enjoyed our two-night stay here.

The advertising in the elevator is misleading for bar food. It doesn’t exist but we were told it is coming in the fall. Breakfast was great. Only had one person working in the evening who could not serve liquor, so we could only have beer, not an ideal situation. Would stay here again once the bar situation is corrected.
