The hotel was horrible and nasty. The hot tub didn’t work. You have to go on the first floor for ice machine. One set of towels in the room. The rooms are small!! The breakfast is a joke honey bun ,toast

The hot tub was wonderful and the pool looked great but it was cold so I didn’t swim. The room was clean and renovated and I liked it a lot. There is a ‘cash’ deposit neccesary to check in to the room, they hold your cash until you check out. They have an atm in the lobby if you do not have cash,

They have a CASH policy for deposit on the room. If you don't have cash, they will let you use the ATM for a $5 fee. They don't give change on the deposit, so will just keep whatever overage there is until you checkout. Worst thing is, they can't give you the cash back until they go look at the room. Some people waiting up to a HALF HOUR to get their $50 back?!! They hold your money hostage until its "convenient" for the one person at the front desk to leave and go look at the room. The guy checking us in was a total A-hole about it. Took my HUNDRED dollar bill, wouldn't make change, then I waited almost 20 minutes to check out. We were late for our morning appointment because stupid me is used to leaving the key at the front desk and walking out like every other hotel I've ever stayed at?!!

Steer Clear

Take cash with you. They take a $50 deposit when you check in. Only CASH, from the conveniently located ATM next to the check in desk from which they get a %!! Sink in the room was blocked, check in was very slow-one person. In need of a revamp.

Dark, dirty exterior. No sign. Went in and instantly felt unsafe. On top of this, they do not do a credit security deposit. It is cash. When the staff member said this, I lost it. There was no way I would have seen that money the next day. Keep in mind the ATM is right next to the door. Do not stay here! It is a scam!!

Leaking faucet that required a towel and closing the bathroom door to dampen the noise. No toilet paper holder. Broken drink machine for breakfast of if you can call it that. Broken door handles. Etc. None of that small stuff really matters. THE ABSOLUTE WORST TREATMENT OF GUESTS THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN. The yelling from the lobby could be heard from my room for over an hour after I thought I had escaped the chaos. The staff that I encountered was by far and away the most rude, aggressive, indifferent, and extremely confrontational beyond anything I could have ever imagined. Don't stay here.

There was a stain or rush on the toilet and on the floor. The overall cleanliness of the room was not up to par. The wood post near the fridge kept falling off. You get what you are paid for I guess.

This was a great choice for our quick overnight stop. We didnt need much, just a comfy place to sleep and that was great. We tried to use the pool but it was freezing cold so we skipped that. The TV in our room had no signal so we just used our own devices for a little pre-bed entertainment. It was clean, comfy and the staff were friendly. For the price, it ia a great choice! We will definitely stay again.

Horrible customer service. The manager is very rude, she yelled at multiple guests in the lobby. The tv didnt work and we didnt have a shower curtain. There were holes in the walls and our door didnt shut. There was an empty liquor bottle behind the toilet. The bed sheet was inside out. Our friends only had one towel and when they asked for more the manager said, "what ones not good enough". The pool/hot tub was overwhelming with clorine, like burned our eyes just going in the area. The hot tub was a disgusting green color. -1000 would not recommend.

The hotel was older but taken care of. The room was clean. The bed was a little hard. The breakfast was not great. Some white bread, oatmeal packs, 2 kinds of generic cereal and coffee. No butter. The pool was open from 6 am to 11 pm but it was freezing. Too cold for anybody to swim in. A indoor pool is of no use unless it is heated. The hot tub was big and hot but no jets worked. Basically just a big bathtub . The hotel sent an welcome email through Expedia . It stated that they required a $50 refundable hold on your bank issued credit card for the duration of the stay. However when we checked in they required a $60 cash deposit. Conventently they had a ATM machine in their lobby that charged $3 for a withdraw. They lied to us as a customer. Not sure who owns this hotel but the phone number was listed as Super 8.
