Overall very pleased. Only negative is the cost for parking. I feel if your car is parked the whole time it shouldn’t be a daily charge. If we were constantly getting the car to go I could see it.

Very clean, conveniently located and the bars and restaurants were delicious. Housekeeping did not clean our room one of the nights but happily provided more towels upon request.

There is no parking unless you wanna pay $57 per night for valet. That could and should be added into the hotel cost and then called “free valet” not as a surprise expenditure after you’ve spent $300 per night for a hotel room. Also was under the impression you get two free margaritas per day not per stay. Maybe my mistake but I was told that’s what the extra $160 in charges were for once I got there. Great hotel. Should just be more up front or explain everything before reservations are made.

We went for a hockey game and the location was perfect! Stone's throw away from the arena and Broadway strip. Hotel also has a real Starbucks (albeit the slowest Starbucks ever). Pool was neglected and dirty, heater was broken and the gym was basic. Also had to call for housekeeping but Solid choice for a friend trip

Pool was filthy for the entire time we were there. There was a layer of scum on top. It was incredibly disappointing because we picked this place because of the pool with the bar. It was very loud, you could hear the neighbors, plus the outside noise. Air conditioning wasn’t working correctly, it was not consistent. They also immediately try to give you the vacation property/time-share pitch, just be aware. Food was alright. Wis

One of our absolute favorite places in Nashville. Everything is always so nice and so close to what you need without driving. Parking is expensive, but that’s Nash. Love it!
