Mattress was good. Clean. Quiet. Didn't like bar of soap for face and shower. Now a day's it is liquid soap. Too many germs with bar soap. Also usually have eye makeup removal towletts in rooms. TV had no remote instructions to choose programs.

They don't have any towel bars, couldn't get additional pillows, and key card kept needing to be reset. One side of the hotel faces a live music bar so it seems that side would be noisy. Restaurants in walking distance and right at entrance to Opry although pretty far to walk!

I would stay here again. The facilities look recently renovated, the bed was super comfortable, it's probably the closest hotel to the Opry resort. However - note: The breakfasts are super generic, the coffee is ick and the front desk attendant appears to be in charge of the breakfast so there are gaps where the desk isn't manned or the food runs out. The blackout drapes in our room were several inches too short to be effective. Depending on the room, you might have to listen to live music into the night.
