Bug was in the room and the roomed had some cosmetic flaws like under the cabinet trim wasn’t finished and had blue painters tape over n it… also the balcony was not big enough to sit on so wasn’t worth the upgrade

I highly recommend the Gilmore their customer service is second to none. Special shout out to outstanding reps Vanessa and Andrew exceeding my expectations. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The ambiance was always inviting and comfortable it smells so new and fresh throughout the entire property This will be my go-to place for my accommodations in Nashville from now on, it’s the best in town. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled concerning any local attractions Pricing is fair and definitely a good value for money. Thank you so much for such an awesome experience for my first time in Nashville!!! This location was great for my birthday.

Unfortunately, the check-in process went less than smoothly. As it happens, I am rehabilitating from bilateral quadriceps tendons tears and I'm forced to use a walker at the minute. I received my text giving me a room number and a check-in code. Unfortunately, when I got to the room in question there was a do not disturb tag hanging on the door in the code didn't work. I called the number provided in the text, somebody answered after 7:00 to 8 rings, and they promised to check into it, and after 30 seconds or so the connection ended. I called again, and after another 7 to 8 rings another individual came online will eventually sent me a text providing me a new room number and entry code. Outside of this issue, I wonderful stay.

We stayed there overnight and it was nice. It was very clean. The only negative is the shower has no rail to hold onto when you are inside. It is a huge, nice shower. I just think it would not take much to add a single rail. Otherwise everything was great including the service.

We used this property for a short staycation and would highly recommend it. The courtyard and outside terra e make for great relaxing. Right in the middle of 12 South, one of our favorite Nashville neighborhoods

Found my home away from home

The room was lovely, the staff amazing. Loved how conveniently located it is to everything. Walked everywhere and enjoyed great shopping and food. The bed was a bit firm and a shelf in the shower for personal toiletries would have been great but overall I will definitely stay here every time I visit Nashville.

Amazing.

This hotel is great for whatever the occasion. We rented a 4 bedroom for a girls trip but could very easily be family friendly. Spacious and clean. Great location.
