Trying to get into the building at check-in was terrible. My reservation was not recognized by the online confirmation link. I called two times and was given disconnected numbers both times. Ended up checking in to a contact free/touchless place via person to person with credit card transaction at a front desk. Not opposed, but also not easy to deal with.

I loved everything about this place. The front desk and all other staff were super nice and friendly, the check in and out process is insanely easy. They send you a text after booking to do the verification/check in process and when your room is ready you get a PIN code to use throughout the building and you can just skip the front desk check in. You can check out via a text response. The rooms are gorgeous, we we’re even surprised to see they gave us a nicer and bigger room than expected. They have dishes and a full kitchen and the location is amazing. Parking at sobro tower is awful, but that isn’t any fault of the hotel as it is not owned by them.
