Positives: in the heart on Nashville, with easy access to major points of interest fast. Amazing restaurants and gourmet coffee shops around the corner. Wonderful front desk staff (I wish I remembered names - hello gentleman with a poetic first name). Our apartment clean and modern/minimalistic - nothing special, but good for 2 day stay, nice gym/pool area with plenty of work/meeting space, access to a parking, without having to leave the building. Negatives: extremely slow elevators, old windows, which didn’t isolate any noises from the outside. This review would give a different tone if provided by someone younger with less travel experience.

Overall very much liked my stay. The only issue was on the first day when there was only one working elevator and took me almost 15 minutes to get up to my room. The hotel is also a condominium and someone was moving and hence reserved an entire elevator for the day.

Property was amazing as always, the parking was not. There is a parking garage thats attached to hotel but is not part of the hotel. Its very expensive, it is downtown Nashville so its to be expected. I Think the property should offer a discount. Parking is $54 for each night. No in and out. Each time you enter you must pay to exit. Other than that, everything was amazing!

The Best at the Best Price.

Great hotel! Huge rooms well decorated and great value. Everything you need for an extended stay; washer dryer refrigerator dishwasher oven range microwave the works. Hall closet enormous walk in closet in bedroom that’s fantastic on top of a wonderful bathroom with tube/shower. My room had a large terrace the building has excellent security due to the digital assess locks. Parking is semi connected the staff is friendly. But I did call three times prior to arriving and no answer and no call backs as promised on voicemail. The location is great because you are one block from Broadway “Music Row and the Bridgestone Arena.

It's so nice having your own space. This one was well appointed, comfortable, convenient to Broadway and other points of interest, and the view was amazing! We found the desk staff to be very pleasant and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great concept, location, staff but needs improves

Overall great hotel/living concept. The staff is GREAT! However, the room could've been cleaner and unfortunately the toilet + fridge made noises all night long. A 'helpful hints' sheet in the room would be ideal. And PLEASE fix that pool gate from slamming hundreds times a day!

Not as good as a hotel.

Five night stay for two. There was no housekeeping whatsoever during the stay. Two washcloths for two people for five days doesn’t quite cut it. No television in bedroom and less than stellar pillows. Mattress was cheap and basic. It should also be noted that the curtains don’t even come close to blacking out light so be prepared to wake up when the sun rises. The only tv (in living room) doesn’t include any services and the only options are YouTube tv and Netflix which you need your own account to watch. The pool was sort of dirty and there weren’t really any other decent amenities. I will say that the fitness center was nice. Overall, I wish I would have stayed at a nice hotel instead of Placemakr considering the price I paid per night. If you want to have a living room and kitchen then I guess this could be a good fit, but with all the food options and minimal time spent in room it would have been nice to have a better bathroom and sleeping experience.

Parents Escape

This was our second visit to this hotel and they didn’t disappoint. It’s a no nonsense hotel that is super spacious with a wonderful pool. The gas grills for dinner were perfect after long days.
