With three private bedrooms plus a queen-size Murphy bed in the living room, there’s flexible space for families and friends. Board games and smart TVs add simple entertainment at home, and an in-unit washer and dryer helps keep packing light.

Important Things to Note
• Stairs: This is a multi-level townhouse; stairs are required.
• Parking: Look for the 3-story, white, metal-sided townhomes. You’re staying in Unit 713. Garage parking fits 2 vehicles and is accessed via the alley behind the homes. Street parking in front is first come, first served. Parking in the alley itself is not permitted.
• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone. Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors. Additional fees may apply for extra cleaning or any damage.
• Washer/Dryer: Private washer and dryer are available in the home.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Proximity: About 3 miles to downtown Nashville. Within minutes of Shelby Park, East Park, Kirkpatrick Park, Shelby Bottoms Greenway & Nature Center, Shelby Golf Course, East Park Community Center, Five Points/Fatherland District, Turnip Truck (East), and Eastland Ave shops. Rideshares are readily available.
